**Worst Experience Ever – DRY CLEANERS------FIXING PHONES?!**

This place is a complete joke! I went in to get my phone’s back screen fixed, and they not only did a terrible job with that, but they also managed to damage my front screen in the process! To make matters worse, I found out they are primarily a dry cleaning business pretending to fix phones. No wonder they completely ruined my device!

They clearly have no idea what they’re doing when it comes to phone repairs. Now my phone is in worse condition than before, and they refuse to take any responsibility for the damage they caused. Absolutely appalling. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want your phone completely destroyed by amateurs!Newbieeeeeees👎

I dropped off my mother’s going away coat from her wedding in order to complete a restoration project of her wedding memories. The item came back with not only the stains not removed but also the condition was worse than when I had dropped it off. At that point I took the item home $45 out of pocket but gave the benefit of the doubt and left a pair of my husbands pants there to be cleaned. I went back three times with the pants not able to be located. At the third visit I took my mother’s going away coat back which I had sought a second opinion on and asked for them to try again to clean it. I understand that the business is having some difficulties with their equipment but unfortunately I won’t be returning.

Great dry cleaning business that offers a variety of services. Very quick turnaround with my dry cleaning. Expecting a few days for the dry cleaning to be done to but completed overnight. Great service and friendly staff. They also offer a laundromat and key cutting. There is also a Red Box to drop off and pick up dry cleaning out of hours.

I had a terrible experience with this place. I took my iPhone 11 Pro Max for a back screen repair, and the so-called repairman promised it would look just like new. Unfortunately, he clearly didn’t deliver on that promise.

The edges of the screen look like they were cut with a saw, and the back isn’t even properly aligned. It’s a complete mess! I trusted this guy to fix my phone, and instead, he’s ruined it.

I have attached the pics. It might not look clear in the photos, but I can feel scratches while holding it. I won’t recommend this place at all. Better you just do what you are good at. If you can’t, just don’t take the risk! Save your money and go somewhere else!

I was traveling overseas for a wedding needed my suits dry cleaned before I left, was told not a problem when I dropped them off I paid in full. I went there on the Thursday before flying out on the Friday was told the dry cleaning was not ready, that I would get a message on the following Monday. I said I’m overseas tomorrow and don’t return to Australia till 20 December they said “oh sorry nothing we can do!”. Would not of left my suits there if they could not deliver would not have paid either.

Cost me a further $2500 to buy a new suit for the wedding, they then closed down the store for good and no one will contact me about my 2 suits combined value of $6,000 AUD. Was not told before I left they would be closing down, was not informed of alternatives to collect my dry cleaning. I have called left many messages and no reply,  I will be commencing legal action in the new year

I dropped my wedding dress off in April. Come July, I had not received anything about my dress being ready to collect. I went in and it still hasn’t been cleaned!!! I dropped it off in the original garment bag and hanger, and after the staff looked everywhere in the store for the dress, it was dumped on the counter in a reusable shopping bag!!! The wedding dress was just stuffed in there - the top is heading and the bottom is a silk mix. Praying that a new dry cleaner can get the stains out now that it has been so long. I am so disappointing in this poor customer service and the lack of care they showed for such an expensive and sentimental piece of clothing  :(

Dropped off jackets on Wednesday, was told that they would be ready on the Thursday. 10 mins later got a text saying they would be ready the next Wednesday. Got a message on the next Wednesday saying they were ready at 13:45 but they close at 13:30. When I finally could pick up jackets they were still dirty and I paid 35.90 for 2. Poor service imo

2 days ago Tuesday the  14th of May 2024 I put in my coat to be dry-cleaned .
Picked up today after work .
Excellent job
Good price.
Excellent customer service.
